Wild Mushrooms

On a good day, when the rain, temperature, and the season comes together in just the right way, mushrooms bloom in great quantities, covering the forest floor with a carpet of fruits — most of the edible — and many delicious. Of course, even when the underlying mushroom may not be as delicious as it could be, a judicious cooking can always do the trick.
