Too many projects! I will be posting here an expanded version of the egg cookbook I am presenting at the Oxford Symposium on Food and Drink in September, 2006. In the meantime, I include here a few recipes to supplement that text — available to those attending the Symposium — and some primary sources that support that paper. I have a new baby at home and am hugely behind on some projects — like this one — sorry!
